As explained by Rachel, “Being an independent artist, an employee and a business manager is much like being a freelancer. There are schedules that must be met, resources and people that have to be managed, creative ramifications which must be taken into consideration and finances that have to be controlled.” Rachel brings this same discipline and intensity to her position at Evolve.
As Production Manager, Rachel is the conduit between account and creative services. She coordinates the flow of the creative process throughout the entire agency, manages the resources of Evolve’s suppliers...and does so in a manner that ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
